Support and Help Desk Representative

Company located in West County is seeking to hire a Support and Help Desk Representative.  This position oversees the entire on-boarding process for new Sales reps and assisting them with creating their own website.  The position requires the individual to have previous customer service experience with excellent communication skills and very strong written and verbal skills. We need an individual capable of working under time pressure; and very well organized and detail oriented. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Computer proficient including Microsoft Office Suite, Google G-Suite, various web browsers, etc. WordPress experience preferred
• Low level technical support experience (we will train the right person)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly developed organizational skills and time management ability
• Good listening skills
• Attention to detail
• A strong aptitude for learning new computer systems and the ability to teach others

Duties would include but not limited to, writing of internal manuals, orientation and set up of all new Sales Reps and provide order entry support.   Attention to detail is essential to doing this job well.  We offer a competitive salary and benefits.
