Payroll Administrator

Nationwide distributor looking for a Payroll Administrator to work in our corporate office in the Westport area. This position is responsible for all aspects of the company's semi-monthly payroll processing including compiling and maintaining payroll records. Additionally, this position ensures compliance with all applicable state and federal wage and hour laws. Candidate must have at least three years of payroll experience, preferably with ADP.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Knowledge of and/or experience in payroll processing.
  • Organized and able to maintain accurate documentation and meet all deadlines.
  • Needs to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.
  • Ability to make independent decisions within accepted policy/procedural guidelines.
  • Dependable; reliable; accurate.
  • Flexible; adapts to changing situations.
