New Start Coordinator

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION:  Coordinate and follow up with orientation day presenters, Vendors & Trainers who meet with or have duties in regards to new Sales orientation and startup. This position makes sure that the start up process goes as smoothly as possible and that all the appropriate training and follow up is done on a timely basis.

 Duties and Responsibilities:

• Updating of Sales Orientation & Internal Manuals for all Divisions
• Orientation for all prospective New Sales Partners for their first three months to comply with the Indoff New Start Program Communicate issues & questions to management as needed
• Transferring of departed and existing Partner customer accounts and disconnecting and forwarding myfax accounts.
• Assist with Company Store orders and assignments, along with Monthly Inventory Log
• Interact with other departments as needed.
• Various projects as assigned
• Support & assist our Sales Partners with order entry or any other questions that arise

 SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

• PC experience, basic Microsoft Word and Excel, Windows operating system. A Strong aptitude for learning new computer systems and the ability to teach others is essential.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to multi-task and work independently without specific direction after training.
• Experience in any of Indoff's Divisional Industries would be a plus. Material Handling, Commercial Interiors, Business Products (Office Supplies), Promotional Products, & Commercial Printing
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Strong work ethic
• Strong phone skills
• Self-motivated and team goal oriented.
