Marketing Manager

Nationwide distributor is looking for Marketing Manager. This position is a new position and the overriding responsibility for our Marketing Manager will be to develop coordinated marketing strategies to help fulfill our revenue objective.

"Indoff (www.indoff.com) was founded in 1971. It is a family owned business with multiple divisions. This job is specific for the Appliance Division. The Appliance Division is comprised of two acquisitions. In 2013, Indoff acquired Allied Appliance company, a nationwide distributor of heating and cooling units, air conditioners, kitchen appliances and laundry machines to the multi-family, multi-tenant marketplace. In 2017, we added to our breadth of product with the addition of the Absocold (www.absocold.com) brand of compact refrigerators for the hospitality, collegiate, government and senior living industries."

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

• Develop and implement a coordinated marketing strategy for this group.
• Provide opinions for market strategy and spends, etc.
• Be the "Sales Advocate" - Work with Sales team to gather ideas and represent their voice
• Analyze and help develop a single effective (lead generating) website for this division.
  • Continuously update content to the division's website once created. This includes maintaining relationships with the vendor's marketing teams/product teams to ensure we always have the most up to date content/know about all upcoming model transitions/new product.
  • Understand customer journey and how it applies across marketing deliverables.
• Coordinate a digital marketing strategy that includes regular targeted email blast.
  • Create content, templates, and distribute
• Manage the direct mail campaigns for our PTAC, Air Conditioner and full-size appliance products.
  • Design, content creation and distribute
• Assist with the CRM (Goldmine) implementation and police follow-up of leads
• Create and manage product catalogs

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 

2+ years of general marketing experience including eMarketing.

SKILLS & REQUIRED: 

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite

Comfortable learning new technologies

Intelliclick email marketing software (or equivalent)

Goldmine customer relationship management software (or equivalent)

Well-Organized

Detail Oriented

Strong Communication Skills

Strong Time-Management Skills
