Customer Support Representative

We are a growing sales company looking for a Customer Support Representative. This position will assist our sales people requests for assistance either in person, by email/chat or over the phone. The support representative role is ultimately to assist in ways to help the sales people grow revenue. The position will be handling requests for order entry support, low level tech issues and understanding Corporate procedures. We look to grow this role to include helping the sales force grow their revenue by assisting with marketing efforts and client support. The successful candidate must have 2 years experience in customer service and have strong communication skills, written and oral.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Computer proficient including Microsoft Office Suite, Google G-Suite, various web browsers, etc. WordPress experience preferred, but not required
  • Low level technical support experience (we will train the right person)
  • Highly developed organizational skills and time management ability
  • Good listening skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Motivated, pleasant, flexible, adaptable nature
