Customer Service

We are a growing sales company looking for a Customer Service /Order Management Representative to work in our corporate office located in the Westport area. This role ensures that the correct product, quantity, and the cost is reflected on order acknowledgements and that the customer receives the correct product in a timely fashion. The successful candidate must have 2 years' experience in customer service placing and tracking orders with vendors. This position requires strong communication skills, written and oral and multi-tasking skills.
