Customer Service Trainer
We are looking for a Customer Service Trainer to work in our corporate office located in the Westport area. This position provides operational and procedural training & support for new and existing employees. This includes training of all order entry systems, reporting systems, web sites, resources and reference material, basic first level computer trouble shooting, e-mail configuring and handling issues as they arise. The successful candidate must have customer service experience and a strong aptitude for learning new software along with the ability to teach others. This position requires strong communication skills, written and oral and multi-tasking skills.
Skills Required:
- PC experience with MS Windows and Apple
- Microsoft Word and Excel
- Google Mail
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- The aptitude for learning new computer systems and the ability to teach others
- A self-starter
- Detail oriented
- Analytical thinking
- Knowledge of Goldmine is a plus
