Customer Service Coordinator
Nationwide distribution company is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our customer service team for our appliance division. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, this position ensures that the customer is satisfied after the sale of the product. This role will assist customers in setting up service for products in need of warranty service. This position will also be responsible for setting up installations and service calls for our JC Penney stores with commercial laundry. Candidate will be required to be thorough in every aspect and you will need to use investigative and critical thinking skills to resolve issues that arise related to said job duties.
