Customer Service Associate - Government Sales

We are looking for an individual to maintain and grow relationships with our government customers.  This will be done by promptly responding to requests for appliance quotes, placing orders, and coordinating deliveries/installs.  

This position will require you to use investigative skills to respond to customers with accurate quotes. Problem solving skills will be utilized daily to find solutions to product needs, backorders, delayed deliveries, and issues with installation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone and email
• Utilizing online portals, find and respond to requests for quotes
• Respond to requests for quotes promptly
• Research specifications listed in request for quotes and supply only appliances that fit the needed specification
• Research installation requirements, work with installers to provide accurate quotes to install appliances
• Estimate freight costs
• Receive purchase orders from customers and enter orders
• Send orders to vendors for processing and track estimated dates of delivery
• Coordinate pickups from warehouses, deliveries, and installations
