Corporate Trainer
We are looking for a Corporate Trainer to work in our corporate office located in the Westport area in St. Louis. The successful candidate must have a strong aptitude for learning new computer systems and the ability to teach others is essential. Communication skills, written and oral, multi-tasking skills, and the ability to work independently without specific direction after training are also required. This position also requires a detail oriented and self disciplined individual.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Train Sales force on related in-house systems, including but not limited to contracts, customer and vendor set- up, order entry, reports, request for order approval and credit procedures
- Be the primary source for answers to order entry and other related questions
- Working with sales to improve their margins as needed.
- Monitoring of systems and notifying IT when systems don't appear to be working properly
- Cover support calls when not training. This requires basic overall knowledge of various systems & procedures.
- Projects as assigned
Skills Required:
- PC experience
- Microsoft Word and Excel
- Google Mail
- Outlook Express
- Windows
- Knowledge of Goldmine is a Plus.
