Account Manager

The Account Manager position is responsible for achieving a realistic, ramped quota selling appliances, laundry equipment, heating/cooling equipment, and other applicable products already being sold by this individual to customers in the multi-family, hospitality, and assisted living industries. Using excellent telephone/In-Person sales, prior relationships, and communications skills, this individual will develop his or her accounts through the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls, follow-up on Company advertising leads, and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers. Integrity, vision, and work ethic are essential for this role. The position focuses on hotel/motel, assisted living, multi-family, and multi-tenant markets, and telemarketing efforts are supported by direct mail and e-marketing campaigns. Six-figure earning potential after Company-provided training and ramp-up period. Responsibilities

Generate new customers and sales through lead follow-up and outbound prospecting

Understand customer needs and requirements

Identify decision-makers, generate interest and overcome objections of prospective customers

Develop a strong knowledge of our products and services to emphasize features and benefits and provide the best solutions for the customer

Quote prices, discuss credit terms, submit sales orders, follow up on delivery and service calls, investigate and troubleshoot customer service and product issues, solicit referrals and be the primary contact for all communication with your customers

Create written quotes and RFP responses for potential and existing customers

Provide prompt phone/email follow up to all inquiries and properly document and track results

Utilize Company CRM to track activity and maintain an accurate database of contact information


Requirements

5+ years of successful sales experience

Active customer base within the Hospitality (Hotel/Motel), Assisted Living, or Multi-Family Industry

Appliance sales experience preferred

Excellent interpersonal skills

Strong phone presence

Experience working with CRM, order entry, and Microsoft Office software

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Strong product research, problem identification, and objection resolution skills

Ability to build rapport and maintain lasting relationships with customers

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

Ability to work individually and as part of a team

High level of integrity and work ethic
